UKWA (United Kingdom Warehousing Association) has been labelled as the ‘Voice of the Logistics Industry’ with 650 member companies. The leading trade association in the UK is dedicated primarily to the 3rd party logistics sector. UKWA members control over 100 millions square feet of space in warehouse across 2,000 locations in the UK. As a result UKWA have naturally become on the main attractions at the Multimodal Exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham. The Multimodal Exhibition will be on the 10-12 of May 2016.
UKWA will be based in the main exhibition hall and they will be showcasing their products and services that offered to UKWA members and associates. They will also be hosting a business networking area where visitors can learn about their logistics and material needs. UKWA will be demonstrating the advantages and benefits to membership with them as well as allowing others to discuss networking opportunities with each other.
UKWA are hosting their own seminars where attending delegates can participate in their planned out programme of presentations and interactive elements. Presentations will also be hosted by registered UKWA members and a wide variety of guest speakers. UKWA has been pushing incentives and members towards developing their logistics and efficiency, providing a range of services and products to benefit them. Users can source a list of industry knowledge from the wide net of members that the UKWA has involved in their schemes and membership.
UKWA have spent the last year introducing a number of services and benefits to its members that are aimed to help further members in a rapidly changing environment.
