A NORTH-east storage specialist has landed a number of key contracts with a number of oil and gas clients worth £500,000.
Greenwell Equipment (Greenwell), which is based in Aberdeen, has secured the contracts to supply indoor and outdoor racking facilities to firms in the industry across the North-east.
The contracts include the supply and installation of indoor and outdoor storage systems using an innovative, high-quality, heavy-load system built in Europe by Spanish racking specialists, A R Racking.
Euan Grant, operations manager at Greenwell, said: “The new high-quality racking system has an extensive range, enabling us to engineer tailor-made and therefore more cost-effective solutions.”
Recent contracts included a warehouse expansion using cantilever and longspan racking for international oilfield services company, Expro, in Aberdeen.
Roy Milne, Technical and Facilities co-ordinator at Expro, said: “At Expro, health and safety is of top priority in our workshops. Therefore, it is important that we use good quality racking for our facilities. We store equipment inside and outside using different types of racking solutions from Greenwell Equipment.”

Greenwell, which also supplies containers, modular buildings and office furniture is a family-run company which currently employs 15 people.
