Cirrus Logistics Held Warehouse Design User Conference

A number of logistics professionals have gathered in order to explore the future trends of the industry as well as learn how Cirrus’ CLASS warehouse design application which has been developed in order to assist companies when meeting challenges in the future.

Cirrus Logistics welcomed these Logistics professionals from throughout Europe to their bi-annual event, the Warehouse Design User Conference. The collection of professionals discussed the latest innovations and developments becoming available in the market and what the industry trends show for the future. The Cirrus Logistics User Group 2017 has been aimed at the EMEA market and looks to bring together customers from a wide range of different sectors, including the third party logistics providers, retail, grocery, manufacturing, education and many more.

Delegates were invited to this two-day bi-annual event that took place in Birmingham. The event featured a training workshop which was then followed by a formal dinner and several interactive presentation sessions in order to cover all of the specified topics. The User Group explored the most recent technological innovations to occur within the roadmap of Cirrus Logistics products while focusing on the most up to date warehouse design features that features in CLASS.

The event also saw delegated welcome the announcement of the CLASS Visualiser module which provide simulated and real-time visualisation of warehousing picking by bay activity. The conference also saw the sharing of the new Warehouse Builder Wizard which prompts for some basic information from businesses before creating a bespoke warehouse ideal for your specifications.

The User Group has developed a great reputation for its valuable content and networking opportunities, with feedback from the bi-annual events including praise for the interesting topics that are discussed and the encouragement to look into alternative solutions for daily jobs in order to find better ways of working. The User Group had a strong turnout from across Europe an all of the attendees have said that they found the latest conference useful.
