LCV2014 Now Open For Registration

Cenex – the UK’s first Centre of Excellence for low carbon and fuel cell technologies and the organiser of the UK’s largest technology showcasing and networking event for the UK low carbon vehicle community – today announced attendees can register for its seventh annual Low Carbon Vehicle Event – LCV2014 – taking place on 10 and 11 September 2014, at Millbrook Proving Ground.

The LCV event has established its unique positioning for the Low Carbon Vehicle community as the technology showcasing and networking event.  Attracting UK and international visitors, LCV combines a technology exhibition with broad B2B focus, a Ride & Drive in a test track environment, networking activities and an extensive seminar programme. Last year LCV2013 set a new record of attendance with over 1,950 delegates and 154 exhibitors, and one of the highlights included Transport Minister Norman Baker launching the Government’s strategy to drive forward ultra-low emission vehicles.

Robert Evans, CEO of Cenex says, “Every year the LCV Event presents an opportunity for all stakeholders in the sector to gain access to the UK organisations and technologies at the forefront of technology development and deployment.  The LCV event helps bring the UK low carbon vehicle community together, enabling discussions and debates on the key issues to occur alongside the technology showcasing, networking and new business development.  We are pleased to have so many leading organisations and individuals already committed to supporting this year’s event and additionally welcome more international exhibitors than at any previous LCV event.

“Over the past seven years we have continued to work closely with supporting partners from Government and industry to ensure that the LCV Event remains the ‘must-attend’ event of the year.”
All LCV2014 Delegates and Exhibitors are invited to the LCV2014 Dinner on 10th September at Jury’s Inn, Milton Keynes. The Dinner will commence at 18:30 and include a drinks reception, three course meal, key note speaker and awards ceremony.  Tickets cost £80 and will be available from Thursday, 1st May. There are a variety of purchasing options available including full tables, half tables and individual tickets.
