Exol Lubricants Women Raised Money for Charity

The woman staff at Exol Lubricants have raised funds for a local Walsall charity, taking part in the charity’s ladies only Starlight Walk on the 15th of September. A grand total of £1,331 was raised in aid of St. Giles Hospice, as women from across the region walked 3.75 miles through Aldridge to the finishing line at Aldridge Community Centre.

“We are extremely proud of our female team members at Exol that took part and raised such a fantastic amount for this worthy cause. St Giles relies heavily on donations and fundraising, and I’m sure this amount will help support some of the invaluable work that they carry out across the local area,” said Steve Dunn, Exol sales & marketing director.

Founded in 1983 by the Reverend Paul Brothwell, St Giles Hospice’s aim is to improve the care of local people dying with cancer and other potentially incurable illnesses such as motor neurone disease, heart failure, MS and respiratory disease.  Its dedicated team provides individually-tailored care across the community, also offering support for families and helpers.

Exol Lubricants is the largest independent lubricants company in the UK, manufacturing and supplying a range of lubricants and associated products to industry, agriculture, transport, automotive and garage sectors. The company is committed to total quality management, from design to production, distribution and customer support.
