The Pink Link Proud To Support P4P6

The Pink Link Ltd is again delighted to announce that they are headline supporters of this year’s Huddersfield Town Pedal 4 Pounds 6 bike ride.

The Oakes-based family run company, whose distinctively branded trucks are often seen on the roads, has now supported Huddersfield Town and its initiatives for over ten years and this will mark the fifth season of The Pink Link Ltd’s involvement with the Pedal 4 Pounds event.

This year’s two day bike ride starting on Friday 1st May will follow a route from Victoria Tower on Castle Hill in Almondbury to Blackpool Tower. On Saturday 2nd May, after Huddersfield Town’s final game of the Skybet Championship season against Blackpool, the ride will set off from Bloomfield Road and will cycle back to the John Smith’s Stadium.

The ride will be 140 miles in total and supporters and staff will again be raising valuable funds for the ‘Keep It Up’ campaign, the club’s fundraising partnership between the Yorkshire Air Ambulance and the Huddersfield Town Academy.

Vicki Davenport, Sales and Commercial Director of The Pink Link Ltd commented: “We’re proud to be involved in the Pedal 4 Pounds event for the fifth year and are keen to continue supporting the Keep It Up Campaign. The challenge is about teamwork, courage, determination and stamina which are qualities that our company support and stand for. We wish all the participants every success in finishing the course and, more importantly, in raising as much money as possible for the ‘Keep It Up Campaign’.”

As part of its ongoing support and loyalty towards to the ‘Keep It Up Campaign’ The Pink Link Ltd logo will appear on this year’s rider shirts.
