Indeed, Mister Richard Dean of Southeastern has given the motion his blessing and urges those travelling who have been affected by the Lewisham incident to claim Delay Repay, and can do this either online or on paper where stations are provided with the appropriate paper documentation to hand out to discontented passengers when they wish to point out ways in which they have been affected by the railway services.
