Unipart Rail announces that it has acquired 100% of the share capital of Park Signalling Ltd, bringing Park Signalling’s highly technical and skilled team into its wider operations.
Park Signalling has developed an innovative range of signalling, control and monitoring equipment for international markets, demonstrating a capability that supports legacy equipment whilst innovating for the 21st century.

manufacturing and service/repair services which support infrastructure maintenance and renewal in both the UK and overseas markets.
Graham Jackson, Managing Director of Unipart Rail Manufacturing & Infrastructure said: “This acquisition complements the Unipart Rail product and service portfolio. The synergies, along with our combined skills and expertise, will enable both businesses to access new markets and to continue to develop and expand our offering.“
John Slinn of Park Signalling added: “I am very pleased that the Management Team will be remaining in place at Park Signalling’s Stockport facility as we further develop together with Unipart Rail. I will be taking on the role of Technical Director, with Anthony Isaacs becoming General Manager.”
