Bridman Tankers Are First For ’15 Plate

MAN delivers tanker to Bridman Tankers Ltd in time to hit the road under the new registration.

Mike Richards, MAN sales executive, said: “We are delighted to have supplied Bridman with a TGM 26.340 6×4 in time for it to be on the road for the first day of business with the new registration plate.

“It is one of four that has been delivered to the company and we and the customer were keen to get it out working in time for the new registration coming in.”

He added: “This delivery is part of a long relationship MAN has with Bridman and demonstrates a level of brand loyalty.

“There is also a strong relationship between the dealership, Aquila Truck Centre in Tipton, and the company which reinforces that loyalty.”

Bridman’s managing director David Bridges, added: “We chose MAN vehicles because we were looking to expand our fleet and fundamentally, they are just great vehicles that fit our needs.  This latest addition to our fleet will be added to our self-drive hire stock and will be working nationwide.  The vehicles are reliable, cost effective and perfectly meet our customer requirements and we are looking forward to getting this new one, complete with a Whale stainless steel 6,800 gallon vacuum tanker, out on the road.  Bridman had a number of manufacturers at the outset and finally settled on MAN establishing a strong relationship with Aquila the local MAN dealer which lead to the purchase of two brand new MANs in 2008 and now onto Euro 6 MANs based on specification and value.  This is the fourth MAN in 18 months with a further three chassis in the pipeline for 2015.”
