Van Excellence Announces Partnership with FleetCheck

Van Excellence, a scheme to promote the safe and efficient operations of vans, has announced a partnership with FleetCheck, the UK’s most recommended fleet management software.

FleetCheck technology will now power FTA’s Fleet Management Software. Mark Cartwright, Head of Vans and Light Commercial Vehicles at FTA, the business organisation which administers the scheme, commented: “Through its intuitive fleet management technology, FleetCheck is making it easier for businesses to keep their operations safe, compliant and efficient – three qualities which are highly valued by the team at Van Excellence. We are honoured to be partnering with a company that embodies the same values and aims as us; we look forward to helping even more fleet managers and van operators to discover this indispensable software.”

Peter Golding, Managing Director of FleetCheck, commented: “Van Excellence and FleetCheck share a similar goal: to raise operating standards within the vans market; our technology empowers fleet managers and van operators to do just this. By enabling businesses to store all their driver information in one easily accessible place, they can rest assured they will never miss a MOT service, licence check, or vehicle safety inspection again. Powered by FleetCheck technology, FTA Fleet Management Software provides the perfect tool for any business wanting to run a safe, efficient, and compliant operation, while also minimising workload.”

Administered by FTA, the leading organisation in UK logistics, the Van Excellence programme was created in 2010 to promote the safe operation of vans, represent the interests of the sector, and celebrate operators demonstrating excellent standards. Central to the scheme is the Van Excellence Code, a set of minimum best practice standards all van operators should aspire to achieve, covering safety, efficiency and sustainability.
