Mercedes-Benz Vans has entered into a bespoke service contract with the DPD Group. The service contract is a unique tailored offering with significant focus on vehicle uptime.
This marks Phase One of the bespoke Complete Care service contract across DPD’s ‘Region 6’, which covers Carlisle, Aberdeen, two sites in Glasgow, one in Dundee, and a Super Hub in Edinburgh.
The Complete Care solution developed for DPD covers an extensive list of vehicle items, including: routine service costs with all parts and labour, lubricants, all friction materials and all clutch friction materials; MOT test fees; and repair or replacement of engine, gearbox, rear axle, all other mechanical components, all computing management systems and all other electrical components.
Mercedes-Benz Vans and DPD are celebrating a 26-year collaborative partnership in 2015, further cemented by the rollout of the Complete Care plan. Strategically, the DPD Group envisages all of their fleet of Mercedes-Benz vans will move onto the Complete Care Service Contract over the next two years.
