Launch of New Brand Identity: “Absolutely”

  • The Mach 1 Group has today launched its new brand identity named “Absolutely”. The Absolutely brand is more than just a logo, marketing strategy, mission statement or a values chart; the brand encapsulates the Company’s ambition and everything it says and does: “Been there, delivered that since 1865.”
  • Absolutely represents the Company’s experienced team, who are trusted and committed to delivering excellent customer service time and again and when it matters.
  • The Company, a family run business, stretches back to 1865 and comprises of several courier businesses offering Same Day, UK Overnight, International Courier and Passenger Transport. All companies will now operate under the Absolutely umbrella.

03 October 2016, London: Mach 1 Couriers, one of the UK’s longest established courier companies, is pleased to announce it has today launched its new brand “Absolutely.” Absolutely will now become the holding name for all the Company’s well-established courier businesses, which includes A to Z Couriers and Pink Express.

Absolutely’s ambition is to deliver excellent customer service above and beyond expectations through all areas of the business; Same Day, UK Overnight, International Courier and Passenger Transport.

The brand represents a culture driven to focus on attention to detail in order to make a difference for its clients and make it as personable as possible. Absolutely keeps clients informed at every step of the journey to help ensure outstanding delivery service for any request whatever its destination. For Absolutely, it’s the relationships and reputation that matter.

The Company, now over 150 years old prides itself on its knowledge, experience and heritage which helps to ensure that they are the first call for when it matters, “Absolutely! Been there, delivered that since 1865”.

This announcement follows the Company’s recent acquisitions of Creative Cars & Couriers and Destinations Green. Absolutely will continue to draw on the combined expertise of its well-established courier businesses and will remain active in looking for opportunities to build and expand the Absolutely portfolio.

The family run business has a turnover of more than £20m and employs c.150 people across its four London locations. Following the recent acquisitions, Absolutely now comprises of over 100 passenger cars, 150 couriers and more than 5000 corporate accounts ranging from well-known fashion brands to law firms.
