This question will be discussed by players from the automotive, transport and logistics sectors at the hybrid networking event Hypermotion Frankfurt from 14 to 16 September – live at the exhibition grounds and online. The special feature: All modes of transport will be brought together in one place.
This year, discussions at Hypermotion Frankfurt will be focused on the following topics: urban logistics and mobility concepts for green cities and smart regions, alternative drive technologies (including e-mobility), synthetic fuels, hydrogen, intelligent supply chains for greater resilience and transparency in logistics, and hyperloop technology as a revolutionary transport system for the future. These topics are addressed throughout the Hypermotion Frankfurt supporting programme, because the multimodal innovation platform combines a conventional exhibition with many characteristics of a conference. Here is what awaits participants:
Hyperloop Conference
The very first Hyperloop Conference is being held on 16 September 2021. The event brings together international players from the hyperloop ecosystem: transport companies, tube manufacturers, vacuum technology suppliers, port operators and infrastructure firms. The programme offers the industry the opportunity to find out about the latest developments and share ideas on the challenges that must be overcome for widespread implementation.
On the agenda are two exciting panel discussions on the topics “Challenges in the Hyperloop ecosystem for passenger transportation” and “Challenges in the Hyperloop ecosystem for freight transportation”. Participating companies will give insights into their business in master classes, high-profile keynotes such as those by Andreas Scheuer, Federal Minister of Transport and Digital Infrastructure, or Josh Giegel, CEO & Co-Founder of Virgin Hyperloop, will be held.
smc – Smart Mobility + Green Cities Conference
The smc – Smart Mobility + Green Cities Conference serves as a future forum for the presentation of multimodal concepts, solutions and products for sustainable mobility in networked cities and regions. The event combines conferences and an exhibition with workshops and interactive elements. The focus is on protecting the climate, reducing emissions and promoting sustainability, as well as on innovations for shaping mobility, urban logistics, and the best approaches for digital networking and developing infrastructure on land, at sea and in the air. Some of the specific topics being discussed are connectivity, data-based transport planning and management, e-mobility and alternative fuels.
scalex – Supply Chain + Logistics Excellence Conference
COVID-19 and the recent difficulties with the ‘Ever Given’ container ship have highlighted the vulnerability and lack of transparency of global supply chains. How can supply chains be made more resilient? What can be done differently, better and faster, and what things can be made more digital and more sustainable, so that we can successfully transform supply chains – locally, regionally, nationally and internationally? scalex looks at these questions from every perspective. In addition to digital solutions such as artificial intelligence, the discussion encompasses various logistics disciplines such as intralogistics, service logistics, transport logistics and contract logistics.
