Road Transport Expo (RTX) 2026 has concluded on a high, welcoming more than 13,000 visitors and over 340 exhibitors to NAEC Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, for three days of networking, innovation and business growth.
Now in its fifth year, RTX once again brought together the road transport and logistics sector’s leading suppliers, manufacturers, operators and decision-makers, reaffirming its position as the UK’s premier showcase for the industry.
Blessed with three days of sunshine, RTX 2026 provided the perfect backdrop for visitors to explore extensive indoor and outdoor exhibits, vehicle displays and live demonstrations. The warm weather helped create a vibrant atmosphere across the showground, encouraging attendees to spend more time networking, engaging with exhibitors and discovering the latest innovations.
Exhibitors consistently praised the calibre of visitors attending the event, highlighting the strong presence of fleet operators, transport managers, business owners and purchasing decision-makers actively seeking new products, services and solutions.
The event featured the latest trucks, trailers, workshop equipment, fleet technology, compliance solutions and industry services, creating a vibrant marketplace where meaningful conversations translated into genuine business opportunities. Throughout the three-day show, exhibitors reported strong engagement levels, while visitors benefited from direct access to manufacturers, suppliers and industry experts in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

For exhibitors, the event once again demonstrated the value of face-to-face engagement, delivering access to a highly targeted audience and reinforcing RTX’s reputation as a show where serious business gets done.
Following another successful edition, organisers have confirmed that Road Transport Expo 2027 will return to NAEC Stoneleigh from 6-8 July 2027.
Companies interested in exhibiting at next year’s event are encouraged to register their interest early, with demand for exhibition space continuing to grow.
