RT McEwan Expands To Dundee
RT McEwan has announced a newly launched site in Dundee. The family-owned haulier’s new logistics and warehousing depot is strategically positioned in the Wester Gourdie Industrial Estate, Dundee to deliver an enhanced service to Palletline customers.
RT McEwan covers Tayside, Fife, East Perthshire and its home town of Angus, on behalf of the Palletline network.
The expansion is expected to improve operational efficiencies by placing the haulier in a more centralised position within its North East Scotland territory. RT McEwan will also be able to offer additional warehousing capacity to its customers.
Raymond McEwan, Managing Director of RT McEwan said: “As we approach our 40th birthday it’s the perfect time to expand and develop our service. Moving our Palletline operation to Dundee will improve the efficiency of this time critical service. From February 2014 we can offer earlier delivery times, as well as later collections, in the Dundee area.”
