Not many companies these days can say they have a workforce with more than 250 years’ industry experience, coupled with a dedicated team with a combined loyal service of 150 years, but Huddersfield based palletised distribution specialist the Pink Link are applauding just that.
Customer care and providing a personal touch is key to The Pink Link Ltd’s success and is something the business prides itself on delivering at all times through its highly skilled customer service team.
Dedicated and long serving members of the team include Depot Manager Roland Jackson, who has been with the business for over 20 years, and Sales and Commercial Director Vicki Davenport, who joined the business in 1991 with over 32 years industry experience. Overall, members of The Pink Link Ltd team have stacked up an amazing 284 years combined of transport industry experience.
Based in the service industry, ‘people’ are The Pink Link Ltd’s greatest asset. A team of drivers is supported by staff trained in customer care who offer a highly personalised after sales service. The Pink Link Ltd was recently awarded a national award in recognition of its customer service and operational excellence by the Palletways Platinum Club – a scheme designed to reward only the best Network Members for excellence in performance, commitment and compliance.
