Europa Worldwide Group kicks off 2026 in style with a powerful message and clear focus on the future at its global all-employee conference in London.
Under the banner “Better Together”, the company’s EuropaCom 2026 saw Directors and senior leaders share key achievements, celebrate team accomplishments and outline plans for the next phase of innovation. The event centred on Europa’s culture and people, with a dedicated film capturing the passion, collaboration, and sense of purpose that define the business.
EuropaCom 2026 was hosted by award-winning magician and keynote speaker Ben Hanlin, at the QEII Centre in central London. It welcomed teams from across the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands and France in person and was livestreamed globally to “watch parties” in Europa’s international sites.
The conference marks the firm’s first all-colleague event since 2022 and follows a period of significant international expansion into the Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands, the UAE, China, India and South Africa.
Since its last EuropaCom in 2022, the firm has innovated and evolved amid a tough economic backdrop, with continued disruption across global supply chains. Weathering this storm, Europa is now in a stronger position for its next stage of evolution, and, with the development of advanced systems and services, the company has successfully driven progress across every corner of the operation.
During the conference, Europa’s Board of Directors highlighted key successes that exemplify this strategic focus.
For Europa Road, the continued success of its Europa Flow family of products stood out. The post-Brexit customs product was designed to support the movement of goods between the UK and the EU with minimal delay. Europa Flow was the first solution of its kind to offer a post-Brexit DDP option for road freight from the UK into Europe, giving UK exporters more confidence and flexibility when trading in the EU.
Most recently, faced with the challenges of new French regulations (under Regime 42) Europa offered early intervention to its customers. With its extensive in-house customs specialists working across the EU and UK, Europa extended DDP services to offer a choice between ‘DDP Flow – Importer’s Signature’ and ‘DDP Flow – Own French VAT Number’. These solutions minimised disruption for Europa’s customers, who would otherwise be severely affected by the new French legislative requirements.
Through global expansion, Europa Air & Sea successfully achieved 77 per cent growth in overall shipment numbers in 2025 and fundamentally changed its business mix, with almost half of its business now generated by overseas teams through locally paid business, compared to just 10 per cent in 2022.
The division continues to build out its global reach with new key teams in the UK, China, India and the UAE, delivering end-to-end support and consistent service levels. Supported by a worldwide agent network, Europa Air & Sea has transformed its service levels, which are underpinned by its proprietary technology platform, myeuropa, that offers customers full visibility, real-time tracking and comprehensive order management.
Europa Warehouse has emerged stronger and better, celebrating multiple new contracts plus one returning customer, and has its sights set firmly on consolidation, quality and growth over the coming year.
At the same time, the company’s Central Services division has evolved to support global expansion, standardising and centralising key functions, introducing enhanced people development programmes, and strengthening health and safety practices, resulting in the achievement of a “continually improving” status, the highest level of safety culture maturity.
Andrew Baxter, Owner and CEO, said: “I’m delighted that colleagues from across our global organisation joined together for EuropaCom and am incredibly proud of what we have achieved. We demonstrate our strength and resilience time and again, amid a challenging geopolitical and economic landscape.
“It has been a turbulent time across global supply chains, but Europa continues to make great strides. Our strategy is to focus on the long-term by continuously improving our services and increasing efficiencies to drive quality and value for customers. We look ahead to 2026 with plans set firm for continued organic growth.”
Emily Barnes, Business Development Manager for Europa Air & Sea, reflected: “Bringing everyone together in one place, meeting so many of the team, and welcoming colleagues from our overseas branches is always valuable. It allows us to focus on the business and how we’re looking to improve in the future. It’s great to see everyone united.”
With clear long-term priorities, exciting innovations planned across its entire service offering, and enhanced customer and operational efficiencies, EuropaCom 2026 has set the tone for the new year in style – exciting, engaging and galvanising its global team behind one shared business vision and purpose.
