New Technical Director Arrives at Logicor

Sam Towers has just joined Logicor’s UK team Technical Manager, based in the company’s Solihull office. He will provide a building services and project management role, working closely with the UK team and its customers across Logicor’s extensive UK industrial and logistics portfolio. The Logicor UK portfolio includes over 1,300 industrial and logistics units totalling in excess of 32 million sq ft.

Sam joins from Savills where he was an Associate in the Building & Project Consultancy team. He joined their team in 2012 and over his time there he predominantly advised on contract administration, dilapidations and technical due diligence matters for both public and private sector clients, including Logicor.
