Masternaut Graduates From Future Fifty Programme

Masternaut, the largest European provider of telematics solutions, has graduated from Tech City UK’s Future Fifty programme – a fast-track government programme offering public and private sector support to aid growth, create jobs and deliver significant economic impact to the UK.

Masternaut is one of 12 companies graduating from the Future Fifty programme, which consists of the UK’s most exciting, high potential growth businesses. Masternaut will continue to receive a form of support from the Future Fifty team that reflects the companies’ more advanced stage of growth.

Masternaut is a pan-European leader in telematics, whose patented modular platform delivers a strong and demonstrated ROI for customers through advanced business intelligence solutions. Masternaut Connect provides fleets with fuel savings, reduction in vehicle emissions, improved driver behaviour and higher mobile workforce utilisation.

Martin Hiscox, Masternaut’s Chairman and CEO, commented: “The Future Fifty has been a fantastic programme and a real testament to the government’s commitment to supporting UK business growth. We are very proud to have been involved in the programme – it’s not only recognition of Masternaut’s achievements to date, but of the whole telematics industry’s potential to shape the UK’s business landscape. The Future Fifty scheme has been invaluable for Masternaut as it expands, innovates and develops its product portfolio and enters new geographic markets.”

Masternaut was selected for the Future Fifty programme following a rigorous selection process conducted by a 13-strong advisory panel of industry experts, investors, advisors and entrepreneurs. Judges selected companies through a combination of quantitative and qualitative criteria, including financial performance, competitive positioning, product offering and strength of leadership team.

The Future Fifty programme was launched at the end of 2013 to accelerate the success of high-growth tech businesses. Tech City UK’s Future Fifty programme has supported 50 innovative and exciting growth stage companies in the UK, matching them with schemes and incentives relative to their stage of growth and specific needs.
