Jack Cartwright Joins Family Business Tiger Trailers

Jack Cartwright has become the fourth generation of the Cartwright family to join Tiger Trailers. Jack is 20 and a recent graduate from Warwick University, and the son of the Joint Managing Director Steven. Tiger Trailers is a privately owned family business, created and managed by the Cartwright family. Jack has joined the company as a Graduate Sales Engineer.

Tiger Trailers is a Trailer and bodywork manufacturer that works with clients in the haulage, logistics, retail and parcel sectors and was founded in 2014 by John and Steven Cartwright. The Cartwright family is well established in the road transport sector, with Stanley Cartwright being the creator of S. Cartwright & Sons. While his son, Alan worked hard to become one of the most respected bodybuilders for commercial vehicles. This family heritage will add a bit more pressure onto Jack’s shoulders. But it has been reported that Jack is eager to start at the bottom and learn what he can from everyone in the business.

Jack made sure to look at all of his options before committing to joining the family business, focusing on looking for a forward thinking and modern company to start his career with. This search led him back closer to home, with the developments that have been made by Tiger Trailers in recent years. The company was the first new manufacturer to join the market in over 20 years when they created their own modern manufacturing facility, allowing the business to consolidate all of their operations under one roof.

The Graduate Sales Engineer position will allow Jack to work in a face to face capacity that appealed to him. In his new position, Jack will be working with a range of different customers and has expressed his eagerness to learn everything about the business before while settling in to the sales team.
