TOTAL UK Website improved features and functionality

TOTAL UK has just launched its new website http://total.co.uk/, which contains improved features and functionality. Its objectives are to be more customer centric and solution and mobile orientated. Therefore, the new design makes it easy for the website to adapt to any device it is being viewed on and the content has been restructures so that visitors can easily find what they are looking for.

Additionally, the site features two new functions: ‘Find my Product’, which is a new and improved catalogue that helps customers learn and understand more about TOTAL’s products, and ‘Which oil do I need?’, which is an online tool that helps customers find the right lubricant for any type of vehicle through an extensive database that covers almost all major vehicle manufacturers.

The website illustrates TOTAL’s commitment to its products and added value service and it also links through to the recently launched TOTAL Truck Solutions (TTS) portal. TTS is the perfect solution for the hauliers and fleet and maintenance managers that want to stay ahead of the game in terms of optimising their fleet’s efficiency and performance by providing them with a range of features including a fleet savings calculator, traffic updates, the latest industry news, oil analysis, toll information, and AS24 fuel cards.

For those who might need to ask a question, there is a FAQ section that offers resolution on topics such as brake fluids and oil changes, together with a ‘Can I?’ and ‘How to?’ questions and answers.

The website covers TOTAL’s entire range of automotive and other lubricants and is organised in seven groups: automotive, aviation, bitumen, commercial fuels, fluids, industrial, solvents, and special fluids. The ‘Our Products’ and ‘Business Solutions’ tabs also provide additional information about what TOTAL does within each sector and all product pages are linked to each industry.
