Jaama’s multi award-winning Key2 asset management system manages more than 1.2 million vehicles. The sales to fleets, contract hire and leasing companies, and rental specialists went up to 84.5% in 2017 compared to the previous year. Furthermore, the company is also planning to expand into new offices scheduled in 2018.
The premises will be around three times the size of its current offices and Jaama’s software development team has already relocated into the new space on the same Tamworth business park on which the company has been located for the past decade.
Martin Evans, the Managing Director, said that “the UK fleet market is the most mature and forward thinking in the world and Jaama is not only the leading supplier in the sector, but is also the most recommended fleet management software solutions provider in the country.” The company will remain focused on its UK and Ireland fleet markets, while increasing its global presence which has already seen a growth of 5.5%.
The continuous investment in the Key2 software assured the company that it remained in the frontline of asset management solutions available and it drove the volume of customers using it to unprecedented levels. A wide range of business bought the Key2 systems, including local authorities, construction, facilities managements and utilities, distribution, recruitment, healthcare, manufacturing, vehicle leasing, and fleet management.
“UK organisations collectively operating more than 1.2 million vehicles now rely on Key2 and they recognise its class-leading functionality enables them to deliver a wealth of benefits that drives fleet operating efficiency, management and control,” said Martin.
For 2018, the Key2 system will continue to change so that it remains compliant with the May 25 introduction of the General Data Regulation and will continue to develop to match the digitalisation of government vehicle and driver-related services. Additionally, Jaama’s ‘My Vehicle App’ will be upgraded with new features.
