Formoa 017FE- a Flexible Bond For Vehicles

The fleet companies and businesses dealing in commerce will no doubt be extremely pleased to hear of the all-new adhesive substance designed by Forgeway, one of the primary and bright forces of bonding manufacture in the land.  Having been operating on transport vehicles such as buses and trucks for 20 years now and with its knowledge and ability to have developed a number of different kinds of transportation adhesives to improve the ways in which cargo and produce is delivered around this country, it is perhaps no surprise that Forgeway have succeeded once again in developing a master product that will reinvigorate the bonding transportation product market.

The company’s new product, known as Formoa 017FE, is the latest addition to their already innovative Formoa range of adhesive products, reportedly has been designed to have a stretching capacity of 300 to 500 per cent, which will set the hearts and minds of potential clients at ease when considering whether to implement the product on their vehicles. This is because its very elasticity makes it perfect for dealing with various bumps and hazards that may be encountered along the roads of this country, since its elastic nature acts as an absorbent of the force of the movement, thus reducing the impact of the road on it. With a strength capacity almost amounting to 0.25kg/mm2 (2.5 N/mm2 to be exact), it is estimated that it would require a force of 56,500 kilograms to tear it and is therefore an incredibly strong adhesive product for transportation companies to use.

In addition, its strength is implemented much more quickly than the average length an adhesive will take to strengthen, which for a 25mm bond width will usually take up to a week: Formoa 017FE achieves this level in a day after implementation. All in all, Rod Buckley the MD of Forgeway is pleased that the company devotes so much energy and enthusiasm to producing the best possible products for their client base.
