New eJob App To Enhance Goodyear Truck Tyre Service
New digital innovation allows faster and more accurate tyre maintenance
A brand new mobile app is being introduced by Goodyear to further increase the speed and quality of the service it offers to customers. The new app eJob will allow service operatives to instantly record and receive information using mobile devices. In this way, information and photographs can be transmitted directly into the Goodyear FleetOnlineSolutions (FOS) tyre management system and service data can be received by the technician.
The provision of tyre management services and Goodyear’s FleetOnlineSolutions, of which eJob is part, are essential to fleets. The digital innovation that this app brings makes tyre management faster and more accurate.
Through using a mobile device with the app data can be sent and received on the spot once the job is done. Also pictures of truck tyres can be taken of a tyre that needs to be replaced and comments added, giving the truck operator complete visibility of the reason for the exchange or any work carried out.

The multi-lingual app can be easily used with all tyre related information instantly accessible to any of the 2,000 Goodyear TruckForce workshops across Europe. In addition, customers can follow tyre-related work on-line in real time.
Goodyear eJob is part of the Goodyear internet-based FleetOnlineSolutions tyre management. The app allows tyre fitters on site to record all necessary job data. The information is then transmitted directly from a tablet to the FOS website, where that information is immediately available to the customer. The new Goodyear eJob app is available now for free download in the Google Play online store.
