Brake Engineering Launch New Brake Calipers

Brake Engineering has released eight new brake calipers this month. The new items will be added to their constantly expanding product range and reflect the commitment made by the company to deliver market products that are in demand at garages and motor factors.

Brake Engineering have been operating as one of the leading aftermarket parts suppliers in the UK for more than 30 years. The company was first established in 1981 and quickly developed a reputation for remanufacturing brake calipers. This pioneering process is still carried out today, but the company have also expanded to include full line braking solutions. The company supplies, manufactures and distributes their products to the independent aftermarket, with each area of the business tailored to best meet the needs of the evolving automotive industry.

The new brake calipers that have been added to Brake Engineering’s product range includes coverage for the 2007 models of the BMW X5 and X6, the Audi A3, Volkswagen Golf and Golf SV, Seat Leon and Skoda’s 2012 Octavia. The other calipers that have been released this month are suitable for the Citroen C4 Grand Picasso and C4 Picasso 2013 models and a reference for the Mercedes Benz C200, C220 and 2014 model of the E220.

With the addition of these eight new calipers to their product range, it has been calculated that the business has launched over 30 different brake calipers in 2017 alone which can be used for 750 vehicle applications. All of the calipers that have been added to their product range meets the business’ strict remanufacturing process. This process ensures that they caliper core is completely restored and suitable for reuse. All worn parts on the re-manufactured product such as pistons, seals and sliders are also replaced with 100% new components as part of Brake Engineering’s strict remanufacturing requirements.
