World’s Largest Shipping Line Partners With The World’s Biggest Business Event

Maersk Line UK and Ireland to support International Festival for Business

Maersk Line has been confirmed as a partner of the International Festival for Business 2014. The world’s largest shipping line will be supporting the Festival throughout June and July and the only shipping company officially involved with the event.

Maersk Line will provide the Festival with a customised container which will be used as the visitor registration point in the IFB Hub on Liverpool’s iconic waterfront.

Taking place in June and July, IFB will be the biggest business event of 2014 and comprises more than 180 world-class events.  It forms a central part of the UK Government’s goal of rebalancing the economy and doubling British exports by 2020.

Set to attract tens of thousands of visitors from across the world, the festival will feature 50 days of events and exhibitions to help realise the potential of global economic growth.
