The NX Group Expects a Busy Period

The NX Group is getting ready for an extra busy period in the run-up to Father’s Day on Sunday, the 17th of June, due to a rise in demand for quality shaving products made by one of its clients – King of Shaves. The British company usually sees a 33% increase in demand before Father’s Day, as its gels, oils, balms and other shaving essentials are bought as presents for dads all over the UK.

“Most dads will have enough ties and socks already, but all dads appreciate a smooth, comfortable shaving experience, so our range of quality products would make the perfect gift. The NX Group will help ensure deliveries of our gels and shaving oils reach their destination in time for Father’s Day,” said Graham Welsh, Sales Director of King of Shaves.

The NX Group anticipates increased deliveries from its warehouse in Crick. It will be distributing King of Shaves’ products to UK branches of Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Morrisons, Boots, Superdrug and Asda, as well as various Amazon distribution centres.

“We’re well prepared for seasonal shifts in demand for all our clients, and we’re ready for the expected increase in orders for King of Shaves’ range of products stocked in our warehouse and delivered by our fleet of vehicles during the run-up to Father’s Day,” said Neil Powell, Managing Director of The NX Group.

King of Shaves was founded in 1993 and it specialises in cruelty-free shaving, skin and beard care products, available in the UK from leading retailers, as well as its online shop.

The NX Group is a comprehensive suite of supply chain solutions for businesses that require an extra level of quality and care for their products. Based in the golden triangle of logistics in Northamptonshire, its distribution, warehousing and courier divisions have grown year on year, thanks to its emphasis on quality, security and personal approach.
