Logistics Capital Partners has announced an office has been opened in Eindhoven, The Netherlands to reinforce LCP’s presence in the Netherlands and further expand their business in the Benelux. Justin van Esch has joined as an Asset and Development Manager working out of the Dutch office. Kristof Verstraeten, Managing Director of Logistics Capital Partners, commented:

“We are happy that after the development of the Fashion Distribution Center in Roosendaal, that was successfully handed over in August this year to Primark, we now have the capability to deliver asset & property management services from The Netherlands as well as to further increase our focus for new developments in the Benelux. This is fully aligned with our wider plan for the business.

“Justin’s main responsibilities will be the asset & property management of our newly developed Primark Distribution Center in Roosendaal and in combination the development of our Campus A58 site, with a plot size of 21 hectares, which gives a unique opportunity for large e-Commerce and XXL warehouse clients.”

“Apart from this we see that in the Netherlands the logistics market is very active in general and as a result a wide range of opportunities are ahead of LCP. Now with our stabilized presence we are focused to further improve our business network. We think we can make a difference through our fresh client approach, flexibility and quick decision-making with our dedicated team.”
Holding a Master degree in Civil engineering (Construction Management) at Technical University of Delft, Justin van Esch worked over 9 years at the international engineering company Royal Haskoning offering project management & consultancy services as well as technical due diligence in a wide variety of projects.
