Fleet Alliance Wins Experteye Award

Fleet Alliance Wins Experteye Award

The Experteye award gas recognised Fleet Alliance’s service to fleet operators with up to 250 vehicles. Picking up the service award for the fourth time in the past five years, the leasing and fleet management company, which manages a fleet of some 28,000 vehicles, said it was delighted to be recognised yet again.

“Customer service is our mantra and is at the heart of everything we do. Our staff are always prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that our customers receive the very best in terms of customer service. So to receive this award again, based on the real-life views and experiences of fleet operators, is further testimony to the hard work, efforts and endeavours of our entire team who are committed to ensuring we deliver outstanding service to customers,” said Fleet Alliance managing director, Martin Brown.

In total, the Experteye awards cover nine different fleet and automotive categories. Fleet Alliance’s Fleeteye CSI honour is based on results obtained throughout 2018 from Experteye’s post-sale customer satisfaction survey, drawn from a subscriber base of top leasing companies in the UK.

“For Fleet Alliance to win this award four times is an incredible achievement,” said Experteye’s chairman and founder, Rick Yarrow. “The Experteye award is unique in that there is no submission process, nor judging panel. The award is based entirely on the independent feedback we receive through our fleet sector research, and there is no better judge than the fleet operators themselves who use the services of contract hire and fleet management providers. Having topped this category four times in the last five years proves what incredibly high standards Fleet Alliance is setting to keep winning the category up to 250 vehicles.”

Experteye independently surveyed fleet operators, who were asked an extensive range of questions. The annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year. The Fleeteye CSI remains the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers, it said.

Fleet managers who complete the survey also benefit from accessing industry benchmarking data giving them vital statistics on how well they are being served compared to other fleet operators.

Fleet Alliance has enjoyed a series of very successful years in terms of fleet size, revenue and profitability and, following the acquisition of Neva Consultants in January 2017, now manages around 28,000 vehicles on behalf of corporate clients, which would put it at number 12 by fleet size in the FN50 league table of leading contract hire and leasing companies.
