Xplore Dundee’s aiming to become the key transport link between the city and Scotland’s top concert venues.

The bus operator’s launching Xplore More – a special concert travel timetable with a budget price and a schedule of great gigs.

Managing Director Christine McGlasson said: “We’re offering coach travel to some of the best concerts lined up in Glasgow and Edinburgh over the coming months.  You can get on in Dundee, Forfar or Perth, with the same stops on the journey home again straight after the event – and it’s only £18 from Dundee.

“We know that people often snap up great tickets without planning how they will get to the venue – and that’s where Xplore More comes in!  We’re operating coaches to some of the hottest gigs of the spring and summer, including Take That, Michael Buble and Matilda the Musical.

“Forget about the long drive, the parking prices or leaving early to catch the last train home – take the coach to your next concert!”

Xplore More’s chartered coaches pick up and drop-off in Forfar, Dundee and Perth, with prices around £18, depending on the point of departure.  The bus operator also continues to provide ticket and travel tours to well-known venues and events across Scotland including Edinburgh Zoo, Blair Drummond Safari Park, the Kelpies and the Edinburgh Tattoo.
