Not all heroes wear capes, Bouden Coach Travel have quite literally taken their customer service to the next level, by purchasing a new 63 seater Scania coach, specifically to cater to one client’s international tour mishap.

The client in question booked in Ski tour coach hire with Bouden Travel back in June 2018. Crisis struck just 2 days before the passengers were due to be transported to the glistening ski slopes of Folgardia, Italy.

Our operations team realised in just the nick of time that the client had mistakenly booked a 62 seat coach and not accounted for the extra driver needed. The Birmingham operator was quick to rectify the problem and come to the rescue. Purchasing specifically for the international tour a 63 seat Scania Omni Express coach from the lovely folks at Scania, Worksop, Nottinghamshire.

With just 1 day to go Bouden Travel unveiled their new addition, ready to whisk away their clients passengers on their international Ski tour. Director Adel Bouden said about the incident: “the clients are at the heart of everything at Bouden Travel. We were quick to act, coming to the rescue by purchasing this new 63-seater and ultimately saving the day. I can’t wait to have a go in it myself, our first Scania addition to the fleet.”
