Euro Bus Expo, UK's Dedicated Coach & Bus Trade Show

Euro Bus Expo, UK's Dedicated Coach & Bus Trade Show

Euro Bus Expo, the UK’s only dedicated coach and bus trade show, returns to the NEC, Birmingham on 3–5 November 2026 for three days of trade-only business. Held biennially for more than three decades, it connects vehicle manufacturers, bodybuilders, converters and the full supply chain with operators and local authority transport teams making fleet, technology and service decisions.

More than 200 exhibitors are confirmed for the 2026 event, 49 of them exhibiting for the first time. Over 75 buses, coaches, midibuses and minibuses are expected to be displayed by the 30 vehicle exhibitors. The line-up spans major manufacturers, converters and dealers, alongside suppliers covering charging, workshop equipment, ticketing, insurance, parts, compliance and training – giving operators a broad range of specifications and products to compare in a single visit.

The Masterclass Theatre returns across all three days, with sessions on policy and regulation, zero-emission fleets, AI and data-led operations, franchising and Enhanced Partnerships, and compliance and fleet safety. New for 2026, focused roundtable sessions run alongside the theatre programme, giving operators a more interactive route into the practical issues affecting their businesses day to day.

The show also hosts the Innovation Challenge, recognising new products and services from exhibiting suppliers. Visitors can vote for their favourite entries, with the highest-scoring going through to a final pitched to a live audience and a panel of industry experts in the Masterclass Theatre.

Registered visitors will also be able to use Euro Bus Expo Connect from early October, a free-to-use meeting planner for researching exhibitors, identifying relevant contacts and arranging meetings before arriving at the NEC.

Entry to Euro Bus Expo is free, with registration open at eurobusxpo.com.
