Air Partner Hit the Back of the Net : Sports Operations Increase

As the new football season get well underway, and International teams compete for places in the Russia 2018 World Cup finals, Air Partner, the international aviation services group has announced that they have complete 79 football-related flights to date in 2017.

The group has carried more than 5,000 passengers in excess of 90,000 miles on football related journeys. These flights have included the transportation of leading clubs as well as management teams, members of the press travelling to cover the matches as well as supporters.

Although the Premier League 2017/18 season started last month, Air Partner has been working all year round to carry a range of top teams and their management around the world, for their pre-season tours, friendly matches, European fixtures or to take part in tournaments. The aviation group’s European offices alone have recorded that they have operated 79 flights to 21 different countries so far this year that have been football related.

The Commercial Jets team at Air Partner have been working hard to arrange flights for teams, the media and fans. During this time Air Partner’s Private Jets team has been working to meet the strong demand for its services, working to carry the most prominent players, manager and VIPs related to the game to their destinations around the world.

The aviation group has been offering their services to the sports industry for a number of decades and this particular sector of Air Partner has been growing consistently during this time. Over the course of the last three years, Air Partner has seen their work in sports activities increase, with the most recent six months rising significantly in comparison to the same time period last year. The group has also developed a closer relationship with a number of clubs and their travel management companies, allowing the teams to save time, avoid queues and make the most of private terminals, missing out on unnecessary hassle and fatigue.
