Two person home delivery specialist ArrowXL has won a contract to deliver washing machines to households across the UK after impressing British manufacturer Ebac with its customer service. Under the contract ArrowXL will offer Ebac’s customers a six day per week diary service and will be able to nominate a convenient delivery day.
“We chose ArrowXL as our delivery partner because of their excellent reputation for customer service and experience with large white goods. As a company we are looking to improve lead times and provide more choice and convenience for our customers. The ArrowXL offering does this with their nominated delivery day option,” said Andrew Jordan, Ebac procurement Manager at Ebac.
Delivery teams will disconnect the old machine, connect the new one, remove unwanted packaging and recycle any unwanted goods. Ebac, which designs and manufactures dehumidifiers, water coolers, air source heat pumps, and washing machines, is based in Newton Aycliffe in County Durham.
“Our delivery services centre around a customer-first approach and we’ve been working closely with Ebac to offer their customers flexible and convenient delivery options that complement their high-end product offering,” added Craig Kavanagh,ArrowXL sales director.
