TECALEMIT, a world leader in the professional delivery, filling, transfer and measurement of diesel, oil, grease and AdBlue®, has launched ‘mytecalemit’, a cloud-based tank management system.
The new software package, which is customisable to meet the needs of different applications and users, is a natural progression of TECALEMIT’s highly successful fluid management HD Manager 8 software and has been developed by TECALEMIT’s parent company HORNGROUP in Germany.
‘mytecalemit’ boasts enhanced features, including the ability to instantly view key information in real time on any device from any location, and the capability to connect directly with the dispenser to change vehicle, driver and dispensing details. Access can also be given to fluid suppliers to monitor tank levels and allow automatic notifications for delivery. It will also allow access for service providers to monitor the dispensers for maintenance programmes.
The software connects a fuel station’s fuel pumps to the cloud, allowing the output data of the pump to be viewed in real time over a cloud connection, meaning the user, for example the fuel delivery company, does not have to be on site.
The order process is optimised through tank fill-level monitoring, meaning that once the liquid drops to a certain level, reordering can be set to occur automatically, so tanks never run dry. Workshops can also use the system to streamline the management of engine and transmission oil.
The ‘base module’ includes all necessary functions for communications with the fuel terminals, manages master data, provides easy evaluation of dispensing data and is free to use.
In addition to the features within the base module, the ‘reporting and service module’ includes quota management, detailed evaluation of dispensing data, a graphical overview on a dashboard, as well as export functions and service instructions.
The ‘fill level module’ goes one step further and features graphic displays of tank contents, sensor-based tank measurement, fill-level graphs and email notifications which can be set to customisable threshold values.
