From job entry through to driver allocation, live GPS tracking and ETAs, digital PODs and invoicing, LoadLedger keeps the full job workflow in one place.

Drivers receive work through the mobile app, complete walkrounds and defect reports, and return PODs directly into the system. Once jobs are ready to invoice, batches can be processed rapidly with supporting PODs automatically attached, preparing 50 complete invoices in minutes with ease.

Integration with major accounting platforms, including QuickBooks, Xero and Sage, further reduces duplicate entry and administration.

Built-in compliance tools help operators manage driver documentation, licence checks and expiry dates, while vehicles and assets can be monitored centrally with dashboard alerts for upcoming requirements and issues.

MarginGuard adds another layer of visibility by comparing job revenue against standing and variable costs such as fuel, wages and expenses, showing which jobs, customers and vehicles are actually making money.

LoadLedger also includes voice-assisted job creation, allowing operators to speak job details into the system, review them and allocate work without manually typing everything out.
