The NX Group, a logistics firm specialising in secure warehousing, dependable freight and courier distribution, is celebrating its 8th anniversary with a major investment in its future growth. The company will be spending more than £40k on new racking systems, planning tools and a traffic management systems.

“I’m very proud to have set up this business from scratch, since when I’ve seen it grow into a stable, long-lasting company which is now in a great position to expand, and we have massive ambitions to grow further,” said Neil Powell, Managing Director at The NX Group.

The company has recently purchased its own fleet of vehicles, which includes 27 lorries and five courier vans. ““We recently took on a number of new accounts, and we’re intent on bringing the same level of bespoke service we insist upon for our warehousing and distribution to the ecommerce sector,” added Russell Powell, Finance Director.

Founded in 2010 as a family run business, The NX Group has grown from just a handful of employees to 60 members of staff across three warehouses. Now, it is looking to take on 20% more workers as the firm plans to expand this year into the e-commerce sector.
