Pall-Ex has become the first and only pallet network to receive the latest ISO quality standard across the whole of its network. The haulage company received accreditation for the new ISO 9001: 2015 across its quality management systems, demonstrating its first class capability to meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements, while increasing the customer satisfaction.
The company has started 2018 with success and continues to strengthen its position as the number one pallet network for quality. Over the last 12 months, Pall-Ex has introduced operational changes to improve efficiency and load quality, which made them leaders in damage reduction and led to a number of partnerships.
“This latest achievement is a key moment for Pall-Ex, as it demonstrates our commitment to quality and safety, and further positions us as a pallet network renowned for its forward-thinking approach,” commented Kevin Buchanan, Group managing director at Pall-Ex. “As leaders in our industry it is important for us to put quality at the heart of everything we do and this underlines our pledge to meeting and exceeding expectations.”
Kevin took and time and thanked Richard Leedham, the quality, health, safety and environmental manager, who made sure that all departments worked together successfully and collaborated for their goal to receive the ISO accreditation. “He navigated us through this transition to ensure our accreditation was a success,” added Kevin.
