Dieselec Thistle Generators, or DTG, has announced that they have invested £250,000 in their hire fleet. The fleet will be used by the company to offer competitively-priced, rental equipment to customers who are looking for backup power supplied during an emergency, while carrying out routine maintenance or taking place through the course of a new installation.
The fleet that has been invested in features a range of different generator sets and ancillary equipment. This includes a towable 22 kVA sets, towable 33kVA sets 60kVA sets 150kVA sets, the PRO150kVA, 250kVA sets and 550kVA sets. the new hire fleet also includes load cables, auxiliary supply cables, automatic start cables, external bulk fuel tanks and fuel lines.
The Managing Director of DTG, Paul Moore has said that they are continuing to develop their generator servicing business, as well as their hire fleet, which works to provide customers with a critical resource that will make sure that they are never without power. The company is constantly looking for ways in which they can upgrade and invest in their hire fleet and this new quarter of a million pounds’ investment is a great way to increase their offering to customers.
