Halliwell Jones has been in partnership with BCA for ten years. In October the two companies have been celebrating this milestone time period with two special sales that took place towards the end of the month. Halliwell Jones has also announced that they will be adopting the BCA’s Dealer Pro service across their group.

There was a significant amount of buyers at both of the special sales last month in order to celebrate the anniversary of the two companies’ partnership. Buyers were in attendance at the auction lane as well as through the Live Online platform. The bidding at the sales was fast-paced across the range of stock that was on offer for the events. The results of the two sales managed to generate a conversion rate of over 80% with a turnover that was close to £450,000.

Halliwell Jones’ planned adoption of the exclusive BCA Dealer Pro system across all of their retail group which will mean that every incoming part-exchange vehicle will be appraised and valued through BCA’s cloud-based service. All of the non-retail part-exchange cars brought to the auction house by the new Dealer Pro will be consigned to BCA for immediate remarketing. The dealer functionality of this exclusive service means that more cars will be identified and retained for profitable retail sales as opposed to trades.

BCA at Preston has been able to deliver a consistently high level of service for Halliwell Jones, who has retail centres in Chester, Southport, Warrington, North Wales & Wilmslow. At each of their locations, Halliwell Jones has both BMW and MINI brands, products and service. The company is celebrating their 30th birthday this year, and it is great to see that that they have maintained long-standing business partnerships with companies such as BCA. Halliwell Jones has expanded over these past three decades, after starting as a small, single family owned BMW dealership, first founded in Southport, 1987.
