Midwest Motor Factors has revealed that they will be continuing to support their local football team. The distributor of Automotive parts will be continuing their sponsorship of Bilston Town F.C, making this the second year in a row that Midwest Motor Factors has sponsored the West Midlands team.
Bilston Town F.C will play in the West Midlands (Regional) League Premier Division for the 2017/18 division. The team’s ground is only 200 yards away from Midwest’s Bilston branch which makes supporting the team incredibly easy and convenient. Supporting Bilston Town F.C, nicknamed the Steel Men, is a great way for Midwest Motor Factors to gain publicity, but the company has always worked to get involved with the local community in order to encourage more of a community spirit. It is hoped that the company sponsorship will boost the community spirit around the football team as well as going forward.
Midwest’s branding will appear in a number of locations around the ground and the company logo will also feature as the main shirt sponsor for the Bilston kit. The football team is improving, with a significant level of investment, the club has been able to carry out a complete renovation of the ground, with improved seating space and quality for the fans as well as the installation of barriers around the pitch. A training facility has also been constructed, and an apprentice programme set up to offer young people more sporting opportunities and qualification options. The football club’s ground holds 1,000 fans and it is important that the club continue to offer opportunity to young players and allow them to develop young players in the early stages of their career.
It is great news that the automotive company is showing support for the local community and Bilston F.C. Hopefully this support will result in more progress for the club and success for the team this coming season.
