Saxilby software specialist firm, OrderWise, will be hoping that their extension will be ready soon as they take on nine more new staff this month.
The company has recruited over 40 new staff members over the last year and recently committed to a £1.3 million expansion in the village.
This will see the growth of its premises at Newton Court on Saxilby Enterprise Park to accommodate a number of new teams and an interactive mock warehouse.
The nine new starters will join the company at an exciting time as it has seen significant growth in the last year, along with a number of award nominations and wins over the last few months.
Among the new recruits for OrderWise are Jamil Karkach, who will join the firm as a consultant for the marketing department, and James McLaughlan, who will be a project co-ordinator.
David Hallam, Managing Director of Order Wise, said: “I want to welcome all nine new recruits to the OrderWise family. We’re aiming high in 2016 and the next few years will be some of the most rewarding and challenging we will face. We can’t wait to have the new extension finished and the new teams settled in.
“The new building will include a two-floor simulation warehouse designed not only to train new staff and improve existing OrderWise software, but also to show potential clients how the company’s products work in real-time, practical situations.”
Also embarking on new careers at OrderWise are Romy Gray, who steps into a role as QA standards and compliance officer, Charlotte Hill, who starts as a client account manager, and Lee Bryan, who joins the web team as a back-end developer.
Henry Cliffe and Becky Ingamells also join the team as technical support advisors and Nikita Cairnie takes on a role as a cleaner.
