CML Provides The Whole Package For Top Swedish Underwear Brand
Leading Leicestershire logistics specialist, Core Management Logistics (CML) has won a contract to provide warehousing and distribution services for international fashion underwear brand Björn Borg.
Taking its inspiration from, and named after, the iconic Swedish tennis player who won 61 top level singles and four doubles titles, Björn Borg awarded CML the contract against a strong background of competition from other logistics service providers.
Providing services to the underwear brand’s wholesale customers, as well as offering pre-retail services, CML was selected due to its ability to support the fashion brand’s growth plans. These include future retail outlets and the establishment of a potential multi-channel offering.
CML also impressed with its extensive experience in the retail industry, with the company providing its warehousing services for some of the UK’s top fashion retailers. Handling the brand’s desirable men’s and ladies’ underwear lines, the Lutterworth-based company will provide all services direct from its 270,000 sq ft warehouse at Magna Park.

Björn Borg has also recently opened their very first UK dedicated brand store in Wembley and CML were there to provide essential assistance. Performing a picking, packing and pre-retail operation, including providing a dedicated delivery team to help ensure a smooth store launch, CML were able to demonstrate why they stood out from other logistics providers.
