Venson Automotive Solutions continues to focus on attracting the best talent, with the appointment of Danielle Tilley as New Business Development Director. Danielle joins Samantha Roff, Managing Director and Alison Bell, Marketing Director, as Venson leads the way in placing women in senior roles in the fleet industry. Her proven ability to consistently deliver and exceed targets, across a range of  industries, makes Danielle the perfect addition to the team.

Before joining Venson, Danielle was Head of Customer Operations for Warranty Direct, where she was responsible for the end-to-end customer experience and sales delivery.  Through business model transformation and revised sales and customer service strategies, she significantly increased operational efficiency and compliant selling.  Danielle’s experience also includes Sales & Customer Service Director for countertop water purifier, Virgin Pure, where she doubled the sales conversion rates across both B2B and B2C channels.

In her new position at Venson, Danielle will use her expertise to develop successful strategies to maximise new business opportunities that deliver sustainable growth.
