Ogilvie Fleet has been voted by fleet decision-makers in the 2018 Experteye awards the UK’s top vehicle leasing and fleet management company for service to customers. This is the eight year in succession win which the company wins an Experteye award and the third year in a row for customer service.

Ogilvie Fleet has seen the number of company cars and vans on its books under lease and fleet management arrangement expand to 16,500, while securing more than 60 new customers in the past 12 months. This growth, together with the achievement of winning six Experteye customer service awards and a customer innovation award in the previous seven years, underlines the company’s leadership of the UK contract hire and leasing industry in putting clients first.

The Experteye awards cover nine different fleet and automotive categories in total, with fleet operators being surveyed in an extensive range of questions. At the end, the annual CSI award goes to the company that has achieved the highest combined results across the entire year.

“Ogilvie Fleet has been the most prolific winner of Experteye’s awards since they were launched. To win awards on eight successive occasions, and to top this category for customer service three times in a row, is nothing short of remarkable,” commented Experteye’s chairman and founder Rick Yarrow.

The winners are not chosen by a judging panel, but by a survey that looks into the independent feedback from customers. The Fleeteye CSI is the benchmark survey in the fleet sector for measuring service levels from major contract hire and leasing providers. Fleet managers who complete it benefit from accessing industry benchmarking data that gives them vital statistics on how well they are being served compared to other fleet operators.

“Operating in a mature market in which many organisations have a similar product portfolio, consistently excellent customer service is among the standout offerings from Ogilvie Fleet. It is particularly gratifying that it is recognised by fleet operators surveyed by Experteye as the award recognises how our customers truly feel about the service they receive,” concluded Nick Hardy, sales and marketing director, Ogilvie Fleet.
