Commercial Contract Engineers (CCE) is one of the first Schmitz Cargobull Service Partners to offer to customers a courtesy trailer that minimises downtime. The company has made a significant investment and decided to purchase and refurbish the reefer, wrapping it in an eye-catching customised design.

The Rochdale-based car and commercial vehicle repair company is committed to providing exceptional service levels. Last year, it achieved Schmitz Cargobull’s Service Partner accreditation after demonstrating it met a number of strict assessment criteria, including having a team of specially trained technicians who can repair, maintain and optimise the German manufacturer’s equipment.

“Quality is at the heart of everything we do and that does not just mean having top of the range facilities and highly skilled technicians – it also means providing exceptional levels of customer care,” said Phil Ewbank, Chairman of Commercial Contract Engineers. “That’s what Schmitz Cargobull’s Service Partners provide and with our investment in this courtesy trailer our customers have access to a replacement from a market-leading manufacturer.”

Steve Vincent, Head of Aftermarket, Schmitz Cargobull UK and Ireland said about Commercial Contract Engineers that its investment “exemplifies the standard set by our Service Partner network, and the level of support they can provide.”

Commercial Contract Engineers is a family run company that was established more than 35 years ago. It offers repair and maintenance services, recovery work, a livery service, designed and applied by vehicle graphics specialists RGVA, and training in advanced repair techniques.

Schmitz Cargobull’s Service Partner Network is growing, and operators can now access more than 60 approved locations in the UK and Ireland, with all teams specially trained in repair and maintenance of the manufacturer’s equipment.
