One of the most prolific services in project development operating across the whole of Europe known as Logistics Capital Partners (or LCP) has revealed that it will assert itself once again by committing to projects for Amazon and AEW.

This initiative for Amazon, based in Italy, is ideally located between the two major Northern Italian cities of Turin and Milan. The site will also have relatively simple access to air and sea ports in Milan and Genoa respectively, thus making it an ideal location for a company like Amazon. LCP and AEW will collaborate in the development of Italy’s biggest storage and logistics facilities to date, reaching a grand sum of 100, 000 square meters. This massive warehouse structure is already being built by a dedicated team from LCP and AEW, with the intention of having it fully ready for use by the autumn of this same year.

The MD of LCP’s Development and Construction department, Mr Andrea Benvenuti, is absolutely delighted that Amazon commissioned them for this incredibly ambitious project that will amount to values totaling more than an already staggering 3 billion euros. Mister Kristof Verstraeten, MD of LCP, is more calm, stating that this is what LCP was always meant to be destined for: as a way of attracting large clients such as Amazon to developing its growth and activity all around the reaches of the European continent. Mister Verstraeten also states that LCP’s initiative and willingness to collaborate with other big businesses has reaped its rewards by attracting large firms like AEW to support them in their enterprises. All parties of LCP concerned moreover are pleased with the results that have been reaped from working with AEW’s division LOGISTIS and have commended them for their consistent cooperation and professionalism in helping them deliver their project on time to such a prestigious client as Amazon. Furthermore, James Markby also of LCP is eager to build on this professional relationship between the companies in the near future.
