Countdown To IAAF Conference & Annual Awards Dinner Begins

4 December 2014 – ICC, Birmingham

The countdown has begun to this year’s IAAF Annual Awards & Dinner, the automotive aftermarket’s largest industry event and held for the first time at the ICC, Birmingham.

The move to the new venue will see the IAAF offer guests much greater flexibility and choice for travel and accommodation as well as enhanced networking opportunities with fellow aftermarket personnel.

Throughout the day on 4 December 2014, the ICC will play host to the IAAF Annual Conference, which has continued to grow in stature and is the home for some very energetic debate on issues affecting the automotive industry.  Details on the conference programme will be released shortly.

Then, in the evening, the ICC will hold the IAAF Annual Awards and Dinner, which again due to popular demand will include the IAAF Silent Auctions, where guests can bid on a range of gifts, holidays and event experiences.

Wendy Williamson, IAAF chief executive, said: “We’ve listened to members feedback and the new IAAF Annual Awards & Dinner will offer guests a truly memorable experience. The ICC welcomes over 300,000 delegates each year and the purpose-built venue in the heart of the UK’s vibrant second city of Birmingham will take the IAAF event to a completely new level.”
