Riches Transport Organises ‘Your Name Here’ Charity Prize Draw

Thetford-based, family-owned haulier, Riches Transport are running a prize draw in support of children’s charity ‘Educator’s Trust India’. The lucky winner will be able to have their name – or a name of their choice – featured on the front of one of the company’s fleet of smartly turned out Volvo FH trucks.

Riches Transport is a keen supporter of ‘Educator’s Trust India’, which is based in Goa, India. They have been involved with the children’s charity since it was founded four years ago. They are also involved in supporting the charity ‘El Shaddai’ which helps relieve the suffering of homeless children in Goa. As part of its good works, ’El Shaddai’ also runs a children’s hospice.

“Any donations are more than welcome,” says Chris Riches as he explains the rules of the prize draw the company has organised. ”As added incentive,” he continues, “I am offering the chance for someone to have one of our new ‘Classic’ Volvo FH trucks named after them – or with a name of their choice. To qualify for the chance of winning, people will have to donate a minimum of £20 for them to be entered into the prize draw. Anyone can donate by visiting my page on the Just Giving charity website at: http://www.justgiving.com/Chris-Riches1”.

According to Chris, the winner’s name will be drawn, by an impartial person, on August 31st 2013 and the winner contacted and asked what name they would like on the front panel of the truck.

Additional donations, says Chris, will increase the opportunity to win. “If you would like more chance of winning, it’s really simple,“ he explains. “Just donate more, and for each £20 donated, your name is entered into the prize draw (for example, if you donate £100, you will have your name entered 5 times into the draw). Smaller donations are more than welcome, so even if you would only like to donate £1, than would still be a great help, but wouldn’t enter you into the prize draw.”
