Influx Of New Business Results In New Appointment At CML
Core Management Logistics (CML) has appointed a new Customer Service Manager as a result of experiencing increased demand for its services and winning a number of new retail contracts.
Overseeing the Leicestershire firm’s new business customers, which include Halfords, Björn Borg and Triumph, Karl Holdcroft, 42, has taken on this newly created role and brings with him over 20 years of experience within the logistics industry.
Previously working within the TNT fashion group as a Depot Manager at its Lutterworth base, Karl will now head up CML’s national accounts team, moving just down the road to its 270,000 sq ft warehouse at Magna Park. Managing the execution and delivery of CML’s services which include warehousing, pre-retail services, picking & packing and distribution, Karl will be the first port of call for CML’s newest customers.
He comments, “I am thrilled to have been appointed the new Customer Service Manager here at CML. Not only have I been given the opportunity to head up the accounts for some of its high profile customers including L.K.Bennett, but I have also been given the responsibility of managing accounts for new business which has increased significantly thanks to attracting prestigious companies such as Halfords and Björn Borg.
